- Refund Policy
You can apply for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Product Condition Requirements:
Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
Opened but Unused: If the product has been opened but not actually used (e.g., only the outer packaging was opened for inspection), a return is still possible, but a certain percentage of restocking fees may apply (the specific amount will be determined by customer service based on the actual situation).
Used: Used products are not eligible for return or refund unless they fall under the “Product Damage” or “Wrong Product Received” categories listed in Section 2 below.
- Returnable Circumstances
You may apply for a return or exchange in the following circumstances:
Product damage during transportation: If the goods you receive are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package and provide relevant photos as evidence.
Wrong item sent: If the goods you receive do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the package.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the glasses, you may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, please note that used items (e.g., worn, lenses adjusted, etc.) are not eligible for return due to dissatisfaction.
Special Note:
Opened but unused items (e.g., only the outer packaging was opened to check the style and size) are still eligible for a return due to dissatisfaction.
Used items (including but not limited to those worn, scratched, soiled, or with self-replaced accessories, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange unless due to product quality issues or transportation damage.
- Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and a description of the problem. We will verify your eligibility for a return and issue a return authorization.
Prepare the return package: Please pack the item (along with all accessories and original packaging) carefully to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

- Refund Processing Time
After receiving your return package, we will complete its inspection within 5-7 business days.
If the return meets the requirements of this policy, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time depends on the issuing bank or payment platform and may take several business days.
- Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please inform our customer service team of the specific item you wish to exchange when submitting your return request. The exchange process is basically the same as the return process, and the return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.
